Individual Therapy

Online Individual Therapy sessions are one on one 50 minute sessions.

In our work together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and identify tangible strategies for meaningful growth. Tailored to your unique needs and goals, I draw from several evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Click here for further information about my approach and therapeutic style.

Anxiety

Anxiety can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or constantly preparing for the worst. Together, we'll explore the thoughts and behaviors that keep anxiety going while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and in control.

Depression

Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel exhausting and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, others, or the life you once enjoyed. Therapy can help you better understand what you're experiencing, reconnect with your values, and take meaningful steps toward healing, hope, and renewed purpose.

Codependency

Codependency often develops when your sense of worth becomes tied to meeting the needs of others while neglecting your own. Together, we'll explore these patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and help you cultivate healthier, more balanced relationships.

Communication in Relationships

Many relationship conflicts stem from feeling unheard, misunderstood, or unsure how to express your needs. Therapy can help you develop healthier communication skills, navigate conflict more effectively, and foster deeper, more authentic connections.

Distress Tolerance

Life inevitably brings moments of stress, discomfort, and emotional pain. Distress tolerance skills help you navigate difficult situations without becoming overwhelmed or relying on unhealthy coping strategies, allowing you to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively.

Emotion Regulation

Strong emotions are part of being human, but they don't have to control your life. Together, we'll build practical tools to better understand your emotions, reduce emotional overwhelm, and respond in ways that align with your values.

Harsh Self-Criticism

Many people carry an inner voice that is far more critical than compassionate. Therapy can help you challenge these negative thought patterns, develop greater self-compassion, and build a healthier, more supportive relationship with yourself.

Inner Child Healing

Our earliest experiences often shape how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Inner child work helps identify unmet emotional needs, heal past wounds, and develop new ways of relating to yourself with compassion and understanding.

Life Transitions

Major life changes—whether expected or unexpected—can bring uncertainty, stress, and emotional upheaval. Therapy provides support as you navigate transitions, adapt to change, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally bringing your attention to the present moment without judgment. Learning to slow down and become more aware of your thoughts and emotions can help reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and create greater peace in daily life.

People-Pleasing

Constantly putting others first can leave you feeling emotionally drained, resentful, or disconnected from your own needs. Therapy can help you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and make choices that honor both yourself and your relationships.

Rumination and Overthinking

Do you find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about the future, or getting stuck in cycles of overthinking? Therapy can help you break free from rumination by developing healthier ways to manage anxious thoughts and become more present in your everyday life.

Radical Acceptance

Sometimes, the hardest part is accepting what we cannot change. Accepting something doesn’t mean you like it, condone it, or give up on wanting things to be better in the future. It simply means acknowledging that, right now, this is what’s true. Radical acceptance helps us let go of the struggle against reality, make space for difficult emotions, and release the need for things to be different than they are. From there, we can let go of what we cannot control and focus our energy on what we can change.

Self-Esteem

The way you see yourself influences nearly every aspect of your life, from relationships to career decisions. Together, we'll work to challenge limiting beliefs, recognize your strengths, and build a stronger sense of confidence and self-worth.

Stress Management

Do you feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life or feel like you are juggling too many things at once? Therapy can help you build effective coping skills, develop practical problem-solving strategies, and create sustainable self-care habits so stress feels more manageable rather than all-consuming.

Task Management

If you struggle with executive functioning—starting tasks, staying focused, or managing your time—it can leave you feeling frustrated, behind, and stuck in cycles of avoidance. Together, we'll identify what gets in the way of focus and follow-through, and build practical strategies to help you initiate tasks, stay organized, and move through your day with more ease.
